The Opportunity

We are actively hiring experienced MCA Sales Representatives and Team Leaders to support continued growth.

This is a commission-only, performance-based role designed for professionals who already understand the MCA space and want consistent deal flow, strong support, and uncapped earning potential.

Team Leaders will have the opportunity to build, mentor, and manage sales teams while earning overrides.

What You'll Do

  • Work qualified inbound MCA leads provided by Funderial
  • Close Merchant Cash Advance and working capital deals
  • Guide business owners through funding options and approvals
  • Maintain pipeline and deal tracking in CRM
  • Collaborate with underwriting and funding teams
  • (Team Leaders) Train, support, and manage a team of MCA closers

Who this Role is for

This role is a strong fit if you:

  • Have prior MCA or alternative lending sales experience
  • Are comfortable closing deals on a commission-only basis
  • Understand funder guidelines, pricing, and deal structuring
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment

Nice to have:

  • Existing MCA book of business
  • Experience training or leading sales teams
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
