The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships, affiliate relationships, and direct business development efforts.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment and want meaningful earning upside tied directly to results. You will play a key role in expanding Funderial’s nationwide sales presence and partner network.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage new business relationships, referral partners, and strategic affiliates
  • Drive revenue through inbound and outbound business development efforts
  • Identify, pursue, and close new partnership opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal sales, underwriting, and funding teams to close deals efficiently
  • Represent Funderial professionally with partners and clients nationwide

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward performance targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in finance, lending, or alternative funding
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Existing referral, broker, or affiliate network
