The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Admin to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep campaigns and systems running smoothly, and wants to grow within a dynamic company.
You will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives, managing data, coordinating campaigns, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital channels
- Update and maintain website content, landing pages, and promotional materials
- Manage and organize marketing data within CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on marketing initiatives
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with content uploads, formatting, and quality control
- Perform general administrative tasks for the marketing team
